About

A London-based production company with a mission to connect the UK with East-Asian cultures through film, online media, and international production services

Emma Kyung Mi Sheldrick is a producer with over ten years of experience working on a variety of productions from all around the world. She has worked for over four years in Seoul on productions including Pachinko (Apple TV+), BTS: Permission to Dance On Stage - LA (Disney+), The 93rd Oscars Awards (The Academy), as well as a variety of branded projects for clients such as Hyundai, Samsung, CNN and Spotify.

Now based in London, Emma has founded PLUS EIGHT TWO, a production company with a mission to share British-ESEA stories, under which she has produced four short films — Tamagoyaki, Behind The Screams, Still Life, and Megumi. She also served as Lead Director's Assistant and translator for lead director Kim Hong Sun on Gangs of London S3 (Sky, AMC). Her latest production, the mixed-media short Megumi, has just been completed and will be hitting the festival circuit across 2026/2027. She is now developing a feature slate and embarking on her own journey as a director.

She has also taken over the reins of Hartfield Hub (formerly PS Spaces), a production studio in Wimbledon, and is developing the business beyond a production space to serve more broadly as a creative community hub.
